You gotta love...


This is my first attempt at the GIANT Cupcake Pan. I think I like it. This first attempt was a learning curve. The chocolate mold for the cupcake 'paper' was totally great! Note to time trim the bottom of the cupcake BEFORE inserting it into the chocolate mold. This will hopefully stop the mold from blowing out! :) I used a box cake mix for this first one and filled it with a homemade vanilla filling and I topped it with Heath Bar chips. The frosting is cream cheese frosting. And it was good! I don't have a picture of the inside on my computer but when I get them I will put them up.
